The Dehydrated Sour Cream Powder is used primarily as a flavoring agent for baking, sauces, dips, and casseroles. The Sour Cream Powder is made from real cultured milk cream. It makes a wonderful addition to the cooking basics in your food storage.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Directions:
For reconstituting, mix one part powder to four parts liquid. This sour cream powder is best used in soups, casseroles, sauces and baking purposes. When added to other ingredients and cooked it addsd a wonderful flavor. It does not work well when mixing straight for sour cream topping.

Ingredients:
Sour Cream (Cream Solids, Cultured Nonfat Milk), Citric Acid and TBHQ.
Contains milk product. Processed in a plant that handles milk, wheat, egg, soybean, peanut and tree nut products.
