Plus they come in easily stackable buckets that make storing the food easy (always store food in a cool, dry place!) And it’s not just for food storage!  You can use them as meals when you too busy to cook, and throw them in your backpack to take hiking and camping.  It couldn’t be easier to get great tasting nutritious meals.
The freeze dried vegetables (all in resealable pouches) in this bucket are as follows:

BananasI like the variety and all tasted great to me and my kids. Written by Tiffany Andrea on Tue 9 Apr 2013 11:58:52 PM GMT
Fruit LoversOkay, giving this 4 stars. One problem is that you get a variety selection, so if you don't like one type, you are kind of in trouble. My favorite is the Raspberries and Peaches (see my Provident Pantry reviews of those items as well). My least favorite is the Bananas. Written by Carole Ann Schmidt on Tue 28 Aug 2012 4:32:53 AM GMT
