PRODUCT INFORMATION
Directions:
For four 1/2 cup servings: Bring to boil 1 1/2 cups water and 1/4 tsp. salt. While using a wire whip at low speed until of a uniform consistency, about 30 seconds. At high speed, whip until light and fluffy, about 1-4 minutes. For a richer or creamier texture, add butter or margarine. For thicker mashed potatoes, add more Instant Mashed Potato Mix (yield will be reduced by about 5 servings per can). For thinner potatoes, add more hot water.
