Honey White Bread & Roll Mix

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Directions:
Warm Water 3/4 Cups
Instant Dry Yeast 2 Tsp
Bread & Roll Mix 2 Cups
Yeild:
Bread 1 Pound Loaf
Rolls 1 Dozen
1. Dissolve yeast in water.
2. Add Bread & Roll Mix and knead until dough is smooth and elastic. (If
using electric bread mixer with dough; mix on 2nd speed for 10-20 minutes or
to full development.)
3. Let rest for 15 minutes. Place a dish towel or cloth over dough.
4. For Bread: shape into loaf, place into well greased bread pan. Let
rise in pans until dough is approximately 1 inch over top of pan, about 30-40
minutes.
5. For rolls: divide into 12 pieces and place on baking sheet until
dough has doubled in size.
6. Cover dough with towel while it is rising.
7. Place in preheated 400° F oven. For bread: bake for 20-25
minutes. For rolls: bake for 12-15 minutes.
8. Remove from oven and butter tops.

Unbleached flour (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate,
riboflavin, folic acid), soy oil, sugar, nonfat dry milk, salt, honey solids
with starch, whole egg solids, lecithin, dough conditioner (whey, citric acid,
cornstarch, ascorbic acid).
