PRODUCT INFORMATION

Directions:
To soak overnight: Cover Soybeas with 3 cups of water for each cup beans to be soaked. Let stand 12 hours or overnight. Discard the water.
For quicker results: Boil the water (3 cups for each cup of beans). Add dry beans and boil 2 minutes. Let stand for 1 hour. Discard the water.
Cook using fresh water (do not use the water the beans soaked in). Cover and simmer slowly until Soybeans are tender, about 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Add more water if necessary.
