Small Red Beans

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Directions:
For overnight soaking: Cover 1 cup of small red beans with 3 cups of water. Let stand 12 hours or overnight. Discard the water.
For quicker results: Boil the water (3 cups for each cup of beans). Add small red beans and boil for 2 minutes. Let stand for 1 hour. Discard the water.
To cook: Use fresh water. Cover and simmer slowly until beans are tender, about two hours. Add more water if necessary. Season with salt, pepper, onion or garlic.
