PRODUCT INFORMATION

Directions:
To Soak Overnight: Cover each cup of beans with 3 cups of water. Let stand 12 hours or overnight. Discard the water.
For Quicker Results: Boil the water (3 cups for each cup of beans). Add dry beans and boil for 2 minutes. Let stand for 1 hours. Discard the water.
To cook: Cover each cup of beans with 3 cups of water. Cover with lid and simmer slowly until beans are tender, about 2 hours. Add more water, if necessary. Season with salt, pepper, onion, or garlic.
