PRODUCT INFORMATION
Directions: Cup Basis
Cold Water 1 1/2 Cups
Muffin Mix 3 Cups
Yield: 1 Dozen
1. Mix with electric mixer 30 seconds on low speed, then 1 1/2 minutes
on medium speed.
2. Grease bottom of muffin tins only.
3. Fill 2\3 full.
4. Bake at 375°F for 14-18 minutes.
Ingredients:
Unbleached flour (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate,
riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, imitation apple/cinnamon nuggets (dextrose,
partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oils, flour, citric acid,
cellulose gum, maltodextrin, pectin, artificial flavor, blue #1, red #40),
vegetable shortening (soya or cottonseed), whole egg solids, buttermilk
solids, honey solids, baking powder (sodium aluminum phosphate, sodium
bicarbonate), salt, xanthan gum, natural and arificial flavors.
Allergens:
Contains wheat, egg, soybean and milk products. Processed in a plant
that also handles peanut and tree nut products.
