PRODUCT INFORMATION
Directions:
To thicken hot liquids: Mix cornstarch with a small amount
of cold liquid until smooth before adding to hot or boiling liquids. This
helps to prevent lumping.
When substituting cornstarch as a thickener in place of flour, use half
as much cornstarch as flour required.
