PRODUCT INFORMATION
Directions:
Mix ¾ cup of Freeze-Dried Scrambled Eggs to 1 cup of hot (boiling)
water. Let stand for 10 minutes. Drain off excess water. Yields the equivalent
of two large eggs.
Ingredients:
Whole eggs, nonfat milk, soybean oil, modified food starch,
salt, xanthum gum, citric acid, butter flavor (maltodextrin, natural butter
flavor, annatto and turmeric [for color]), pepper.
Processed in a plant that also handles dairy, wheat, soybean, peanut and
tree nut products.
