Directions:
To Prepared a single serving:
1. Add ˝ cup dry cottage cheese to 1/3 cup room temperature (about 70°F).
2. Stir gently to moisten all particles.
3. Let stand 5 minutes, then toss gently. Chill before serving (3-4
hours)
4. If needed add more water, a teaspoon at a time, until desired
consistency is achieved.
To Prepared Entire Can:
Add contents of can to 2-quarts room temperature water (about 70°F).
Follow steps 2 through 4 above.
