Hearty Texas Beefish Stew
Sometimes you feel like just eating a salad, but sometimes you want a whole
lot more. When you've got a hearty appetite, put on a pot of Hearty Texas
Beefish Stew! This definitely provides a meal with substance. In addition to
the "beef" bits, we've added TEN other succulent vegetables to create an
appetite satisfier. How did we keep the fat down to 1/2 a gram? That's our
secret--but the delicious taste of this gourmet blend certainly isn't!
STOVE-TOP DIRECTIONS: Pour entire contents into saucepan. Add 4
cups water and stir well to blend seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and
simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Cover, remove from heat, and let
stand an additional 5 minutes. Stir gently & serve.
SLOW-COOKER DIRECTIONS: Pour entire contents into a 1 1/2 - 2 qt.
Slow Cooker. Add 4 cups water and stir. Cook slowly for 4 hours to blend
flavors. Stir gently and serve. Try our preferred Rival 2 Qt. Slow Cooker
Ingredients: Textured Vegetable Protein; Dehydrated potato,
carrots, onion, corn, peas, cabbage, broccoli, celery, green pepper; potato
starch, nutritional yeast flakes, sea salt, special blend of herbs and spices.
