Saratoga Farms Instant Rotini Noodles are amazing. Similar to a sponge, these instant rotini noodles grow exponentially when water is added. A serving of this spiral pasta is 3/4 of a cup dry but after steeping in 10 minutes of hot water you have over 1 3/4 cup of noodles!

Due to the noodle's ability to grow and expand with water you are essentially taking a 5 gallon bucket with approximately 80 cups and after reconstituting getting 187 cups! Talk about a space saver. 107 three quarter cup servings per bucket turns into 187 cups of noodles!
