Ingredients: Fresh, Non-GMO, washed, trimmed and dehydrated Harmony House Cabbage Emergency Food Storage.  Washed and cored and trimmed!  We don’t add anything to, and there are no preservatives.
 
Directions: Our dry food is easy to rehydrate: Just put it into boiling water for 3-6 minutes, or let it sit in cold water for 1-2 hours.  Use twice as much water as product, 2:1 ratio.
 
Storage:  With our entire freeze dried, dehydrated, disaster survival Harmony House emergency long term food storage we suggest you store your home food in a cool, dry place.
 
Shelf-life: Our Harmony House Dehydrated Cabbage Food Storage for Camping and Hiking will store for up to 2 years.
